How a booking goes

Choose the day
The booking page asks which unit, what it is doing and when suits you. Nothing is charged at that point.

We ring back
A short call to take the model and serial and to confirm the visit. If the display is showing a message, have it in front of you.

The $89 visit
One flat $89 visit pays for the trip out and the whole diagnosis, and the $89 is deducted from the repair if you approve it.

A written figure first
You get one written figure for parts and labour before anything is ordered, and nothing is ordered until you approve it.
A call at any hour gets a person; the visit they book still falls in working hours. A Wolf unit still inside its factory warranty should go to Wolf first, since that repair ought to cost you nothing.
